Makes My Exercise Time So Much Easier

Confession time! I know, you might not really want to hear this, but.......

I don't like to exercise.

Shocker, I'm sure. But seriously I don't and I know that a lot of other people don't. It's not fun and as you get older and you have the getting older aches and pains, it gets even less fun. When I was little I didn't have to. I was outside every day running, riding bike, playing in our family barn, going all over the countryside. I didn't need to exercise because I was so busy living.

Well as adults, busy living does not include the luxury of playing outside every day. So we have to exercise to lose weight, stay in shape, or even to just stay healthy. So I am so thankful for things like these Loop Resistance Bands from Live Infinitely.

With these resistance bands I can do a lot of different exercises that not only help me develop stronger and leaner muscles (slowly working on that last one), but it is in a way that is much easier for my health issues. I have arthritis and several other things that prevent me from doing certain types of exercise. With the resistance bands, I can get in things I need to without the pain and damaging effects on my body.

There are five bands in five different colors so you can learn quickly the resistance strength of each one by color. The resistance goes from 3-35 pounds and each band is labeled so you know which is which. Each band is 14" long and is 3" wide. They are very comfortable to grip and hold and very easy to use. They are made from a Durable Professional Grade All Natural Latex which will help them last for a long time and keep there strength. They are very durable. I do want to caution you though, some people can be allergic to latex, like my Mom was, so be aware of that before you decide to buy any resistance band.

One very nice things is the bands come with a nice carrying and storage bag so they are all in one convenient place ready to use. I like having the bag, I can store it by hanging it up out of the way and carry it with me to meet with friends to exercise. Plus Live Infinitely gives you a free download of exercises to use with the bands and they are really nice!

I am enjoying these bands and find that they are easier to use than a few others I have tried. I think it is because of the slightly longer length and width. They are more comfortable and I am encouraged more to continue using them since it dose not include the extra pains of little pinches here and there from resistance bands. These do not pinch or leave welts and marks like others have.

Dealing With Workout Soreness

Sore muscles is something we all get to deal with, and as we get older or as we do more physical activity, it increases. It's tough to help relive the soreness and to get on with your day when things hurt every time you move.

I was able to try out a pretty nifty thing from Live Infinitely. It's a Muscle Roller Stick. Now this is something new to me, although I have seen them before. So it was interesting to try this out.

The roller stick is about 18" long and has a stainless steel inner core. Each end has an ergonomic grip that is quite comfortable to hold. There are 7 small, floating plastic cylinders that are around the stainless steel that move and roll as you use the stick. I like that they"float", because they adjust to the shape of you body, meaning more of them are touching and helping at the same time.

The whole stick is easy to use and it has been interesting to see how it has helped me do exercises better. When I use it before exercising, I have noticed I can do more and I am not nearly as sore as I used to be. I don't feel worn out or dragging when I am done. The roller stick is supposed to help increase flexibility, stretch your muscles, and increase blood flow, as well as help reduce soreness after a workout. I'm not too sure on all of those things, but decreasing the soreness I am. That has helped.

It comes with an eBook to help you learn how to use it properly and there is a lifetime access to a how-to video collection explaining how to massage your Triceps, IT Bands, Calves, Feet, Neck and any other muscle you can imagine. For someone like me, who had never used one of these before, they were very helpful!

I think this is a great idea. It helps keep you from being really sore after working out and that increases your desire to keep working out. So this is a very good product to have, very motivational.

Love The Fruit On The Bottom ~ Only One Small Problem With It!

I love having fruit infused water. There is something about the fresh flavor and the fact I know exactly what is in my drink. It's much lower in calories and the combination of flavors is only limited to my imagination!

Live Infinitely has a fantastic Forever Fused Fruit Infusion Water Bottle. I really like this bottle a lot.

First and the best thing about the water bottle is the basket to hold the fruit. It's at the bottom! I love that. That means that the fruit stays in contact with the water until the last drop. Most infuser water bottles have the basket attached at the top, and as you drink the water, the fruit loses contact with the water. Keeping the fruit in the water as long as possible only makes sense to me!

It's super easy to use the water bottle too. The 25 oz bottle has a screw top and a screw bottom. The bottom unscrews and that is what the basket is attached to. To fill the basket, simply unscrew it, fill it with your fruit, and screw it back in place. Fill the bottle with water and place the bottom back on. Or you could place it back on and then fill it from the top. Here's another neat thing about it, the top and bottom lids fit both ends. So you don't have to worry which one came off of where.

The lid of the bottle has a really nice little loop in it that you finger(s) can fit in comfortably to carry it along with you while you walk. The inside of the loop is coated with a rubber coating so it is comfortable to keep you fingers in it for quite a while.

I think the only thing this bottle is missing is an opening to drink from other than having to unscrew the top and take it off. I really wish it had a sipper opening or straw, something, other than having to completely open it every time you want to drink. You almost have to stop walking or driving the car to drink from it, making it a bit awkward.

But, I still like the bottle and love the basket on the bottom!!

Want A Hammock? Lisa Says This Is The One You Need

When I got a hammock to try out, I knew exactly who to ask to test it for me; Lisa! When I told her about it, she was super excited. She and her husband go camping with their family a lot and have wanted a hammock for a long time. So here is what she thought about the Live Infinitely Double Camping Hammock with Tree Straps.

Lisa here! I got to review a double hammock made by Live Infinitely and it is awesome.

This hammock is made from a quick drying parachute-like triple-stitched seamed nylon material that is both mildew and weather resistant. The hammock is guaranteed to hold up to 450 pounds, which is a lot, so would work for most couples. It is very durable and so easy to set-up. The material is also guaranteed to not fade or bleed as it is exposed to the elements, sun and rain. Plus if it gets dirty you can toss it in the washing machine to clean it. Can't be much easier than that!

I was very surprised at how big it is! I can't wait to take it to the camp ground and relax in it. I have a few other "campers" in the family that are definitely going to want one of these hammocks. They look great set-up. It only takes about 5 minutes to set-up or take down, and it comes in 2 nylon storage bags, one for the straps and the other for the hammock. It can be easily stored in a small area, which is great when packing to go camping!

The hammock comes with 11' Poly-Filament Webbed tree straps with incorporated dual looped stainless steel lashing ring and unique triple running stitch to prevent stretching while still allowing simple setup. That's a mouthful! Basically it means that the straps are made in a way to make hanging the hammock easy and safe. The extra effort in making a quality product is evident!

The hammock measures 9′ 10″ long by 6′ 6″ wide. It can hold up to 450 lbs. like I mentioned.  I love my new hammock, I can't wait to show it off at the camp ground while relaxing in comfort. A Quality, Professional Grade Exercise Ball ~ Love It

I'll admit it! I am not the best when it comes to keeping up with exercise. I have always had trouble finding the one or two things that really help me and I can stick with. But I am working on it.

One thing I recently tried out was the Live Infinitely Exercise Ball. This thing is really neat! I have the 55cm size, but it also comes in 65cm, 75cm, and 85 cm, so you can choose what will work for you the best. It is made of a professional grade PVC and is anti-burst tested, although you should keep it away from pets with sharp claws. They say it will not burst though even with a 2cm cut in it.

It comes with everything you need to get started, the ball, a hand pump, air plugs, air valve remover tool and instructions. The hand pump that is included is easy to use. It does take a while to get the ball completely inflated (my hands got tired pumping it up, but no big deal). It did take a bit for the PVC to stretch out completely and for the ball to get full-sized as air went in, but we just added more air and it is perfect now. Once it is inflated, it stays inflated. We have not seen it go down at all since we got it inflated and we have used it a lot. The company says it can support 2200 pounds, and I am inclined to believe them..

We really like the ridges on the ball. They help keep it in place even on our carpet and vinyl floors. It does not slide around or move much while using it, although using it on an exercise mat is preferable. This to me is really important for safety reasons! It is very comfortable to use and I love that they send along some exercise guides to get you started. They are easy to follow and most of them are fun. I'll admit I do not like them all.

This is one piece of exercise equipment that I can get into using and more faithfully than others I have tried. I can highly recommend it to you, but sorry, you are not going to get pictures of me using it, at least not yet!

It really does work and it keeps working even for more than the 4 hours. It may not be as cool, but it remains cool for a long time. Also when you snap the towel several times, the cooling effect comes back and it cools down again.

The towel has and anti-bacterial treatment to reduce odors and prevent molding. It's made from and environmental-friendly PVA material and 100% non-toxic.
