Makes My Exercise Time So Much Easier

Confession time! I know, you might not really want to hear this, but.......

I don't like to exercise.

Shocker, I'm sure. But seriously I don't and I know that a lot of other people don't. It's not fun and as you get older and you have the getting older aches and pains, it gets even less fun. When I was little I didn't have to. I was outside every day running, riding bike, playing in our family barn, going all over the countryside. I didn't need to exercise because I was so busy living.

Well as adults, busy living does not include the luxury of playing outside every day. So we have to exercise to lose weight, stay in shape, or even to just stay healthy. So I am so thankful for things like these Loop Resistance Bands from Live Infinitely.

With these resistance bands I can do a lot of different exercises that not only help me develop stronger and leaner muscles (slowly working on that last one), but it is in a way that is much easier for my health issues. I have arthritis and several other things that prevent me from doing certain types of exercise. With the resistance bands, I can get in things I need to without the pain and damaging effects on my body.

There are five bands in five different colors so you can learn quickly the resistance strength of each one by color. The resistance goes from 3-35 pounds and each band is labeled so you know which is which. Each band is 14" long and is 3" wide. They are very comfortable to grip and hold and very easy to use. They are made from a Durable Professional Grade All Natural Latex which will help them last for a long time and keep there strength. They are very durable. I do want to caution you though, some people can be allergic to latex, like my Mom was, so be aware of that before you decide to buy any resistance band.

One very nice things is the bands come with a nice carrying and storage bag so they are all in one convenient place ready to use. I like having the bag, I can store it by hanging it up out of the way and carry it with me to meet with friends to exercise. I am enjoying these bands and find that they are easier to use than a few others I have tried. I think it is because of the slightly longer length and width. They are more comfortable and I am encouraged more to continue using them since it dose not include the extra pains of little pinches here and there from resistance bands. These do not pinch or leave welts and marks like others have.
