Advil Is Fast Acting And Easy To Take

I am one of those unfortunate people who get headaches a lot. In fact I normally will get 3-4 migraines a month. So finding a good medicine to help me combat pain from a headache is really important.

But now that I am getting older, combating all kinds of odd aches and pains seems to be the norm. I wake up often with a new ouch somewhere, all a part of the fun aging process we all get to endure.

Like everyone else, I can't let pain get the best of me and stop me from doing what I need to do each day, although sometimes I wish it could. I've tried all kinds of pills and concoctions to help.

Advil is one of the pain relievers that does help, especially with all those odd little pains that are a part of aging. It is easy to take because of the coating and the size. Who likes to take some of those horse pill sized ones? Certainly not me!

What I really like though it that it seems to work fast. My joints don't ache for as long and I can move freely again without the ouches and ughs that accompany those painful joints.

So I do recommend Advil, especially for aches and pains. It has not helped my headaches as much, but not everyone reacts to all medicines the same way.

You can find Advil at any major retailer around the country and for a fairly good price too. That's always a good thing!

Hill's Ideal Balance Dog Food Was Very Welcome At Our House!

One thing that is important to me is feeding my dogs food that is not only good for them, but they like too. With two dogs at extreme ends of the spectrum (one weighing 120+ lbs and the other a mere 10 lbs), it's hard to find food that both of them will eat. That's an important thing to me, since it is even harder to keep one from the other's food. If you have dogs, you know what I mean, the jealousy factor or the food tastes better in your bowl than mine thing kicks in!

I was sent this really nice sampling of Hill's Ideal Balance dog food to try out and a nice retractable leash. Believe me, it was not a problem getting some volunteers to help!

Hill's Ideal Balance has a food that meets all my needs and those of my dogs. Bender, our Newfie, loves the taste of the food and can scarf down his portion with no problem. Scruffy, our little Chorkie, doesn't like to eat food that has very big pieces. It's too hard for him to chew. The Ideal Balance is just the right size for his little mouth and he likes the flavor too! The flavor they tried out (and did not smell bad like some dog food) was Grain Free Natural Chicken and Potato.

Little Scruffy is especially fond of the treat sample we got. It's a blend of Duck & Pumpkin and is soft-baked. Because it is soft-baked and the treats are small he is able to handle it and enjoy them. Bender, again, can scarf it down with no problem, but does really like the treats too! He'll do some of his best tricks for them!

The Salmon Recipe Wet Food was a super extra for the guys! We don't normally give our dogs wet food, but this was a fun meal for them, well partial meal for Bender. LOL!! I was surprised at how fast they ate it and kept licking off the plate the food was on. They have snatched a few bowls of the cat's wet food and eaten that fast, but this had to be a record even for them.

The best part of the food was knowing that the ingredients were all things that would be great for them! There's something nice in knowing I am feeding them food that will help keep them healthy and active for many more years to come.

We Love Our Kleenex® Tissues! #KleenexBrandBelievers

In our house there is one thing we never seems to have enough of.......tissues! It seems like we have boxes all over the house and still run out much faster than I would like. It's because we use them for all kinds of things, not just to blow our nose.

Thanks to Kleenex® Tissues I know that my family is going to have what they need for whatever they are doing.

Here are just a few of the things we use them for besides blowing our nose

• makeup removal
• cleaning shoestring drool from our Newfoundland. YUCK!
• cleaning the eye gunk around both our dogs eyes

The Most Dangerous Sample I ever Received!!

The title may seem a little much. Seriously, how dangerous could any sample or product be that companies want you to try. Well when I received this sample from Crowdtap and Hershey's, it quickly became the most dangerous sample I ever got!

Why?

Because they wanted me to eat chocolate, and they wanted me to find my 5 favorite things with the chocolate. DANGER!!! I am a serious chocoholic!!

What is this new product. Hershey's Chocolate Spread. It's a wonderful jar full of chocolate that is as easy or easier to spread than peanut butter. Just stick a knife in, (or better yet, a spoon) get some of the wonderful, smooth chocolate inside and spread it on, well, pretty much anything you would want to!

Seriously though, I was very impressed with the Chocolate Spread! It, of course being Hershey, tastes wonderful. It is smooth, creamy, rich, and full of wonderful chocolate flavor! It was much smoother than I expected and was really easy to spread on everything we tried it on, and we tried it on a lot of things!! That's why it was so dangerous!

I was asked to find my 5 favorite things I put the Chocolate Spread on. It was not a problem for me to comply with that request! So here they are.

Hershey's Chocolate Spread on banana nut bread chips! Oh my was this good!! I love the little banana nut bread chips by them selves, but with some chocolate they are out of this world. Although I would not suggest eating too many at once!

On Pringles. I know, some of you may be thinking yuck, but to me the salty sweet combination is amazing! 

On a banana is one of my families favorites. Just a smidge spread on and yum!! We even tried a peanut butter, banana, and chocolate sandwich and were very happy! it was so good!

This was the one that made us all laugh. What could be better than Hershey Chocolate Spread on a Hershey Bar? Definitely chocolate overload, but oh so good!! See what I mean about dangerous?

This is by far my favorite way to enjoy the Chocolate Spread, on my finger! Nothing between me and wonderful chocolate goodness. YUM!!

I think Hershey's has got something pretty awesome here. We have been enjoying the jar and wishing it didn't go so fast (see it's dangerous!). There are tons of ways to use it from cooking and as an icing, even to flavor your coffee! Believe me, let your imagination go wild and have some fun. I know you will enjoy it!! Look for it in your local grocery store.

Lunchables Jr. Are a Big Hit!!

It's not often that you can find a snack that lots of kids will enjoy and is yummy and good for them! Lunchables Jr. is one of those snacks that fits it all.

My sweet friend Lisa helped me share the Lunchables Jr's that I got to sample from Crowdtap. All I can say is that the kids just loved them. Here's what my friend said about them:

They both really enjoyed them. Gary (Chase's Dad) wants to start getting them for Chase. They say ages 3+, but as long as he is watched closely, like always, he will be just fine eating them. They liked the variety and that they are good for small fingers! We usually have a problem getting Chase to sit down and eat. He eats on the run, but look at him just sitting there piling it in!

I personally love the idea. It's a complete snack all ready to go with controlled portions! They have 4 varieties: Ants On a Log, Blueberry Bonanza, Teddy Bear Picnic, and Very Berry Crunch. Teddy Bear Picnic and Very Berry Crunch come with Teddy Graham Crackers. Each pack comes with three compartments that have the snacks in them. Each of them also comes with real fruit. The Ants on a Log comes with SunMaid Raisins and the other three come with dried apples. A really good thing about them is they don't require refrigeration. That can come in really handy when you take off on a trip or a busy day and need a quick snack for little ones. It would be easy to keep a pack or two in the car just for that kind of thing.

I love the ease of use. The packs are so easy to open, even little fingers can handle it. 

Check out new Lunchables Jr. They are available at most major stores. I found them at our local WalMart for $1.97. And so far I have not heard of a kid who does not like them!!

Do You Love To Talk As Much As I Do???

I am admitting it. I love to talk. Living in a house full of men (even the dogs are guys!) leaves me with little wiggle room for talking. Guys just don't like to chat about everything and nothing. They tend to be straight to the point and that's it. So I am often looking for avenues to be able to chat freely! Well it's not actual 'talking', but I do get to chat about pretty much everything and anything on Crowdtap! I love it!!
