This piece of jewelry is so lovely and elegant, yet it has a simplicity that is charming. The design of the silver enhances the pearls, one on top of the other. It hangs form a sterling silver chain in just the right spot on your decollete. What I love is the way this necklace can transition from jeans and a
t-shirt to a dressier outfit in the evening without a problem.

The beautiful workmanship on this necklace is amazing. The silver is highly polished and smooth and encases each pearl in it's own little nest. After wearing this several times over the past week or so, I have been so happy with how it looks and sits on my neck. I have also been thrilled to receive the many compliments on it as well.

I love jewelry, but not just any kind. I'm fairly picky about what I will wear. I want to have pieces that will last and are not trendy. I want my jewelry to be something I can use for a long time. So I tend to invest in classic styles and quality.

One piece of jewelry I was able to get recently is a beautiful pair of earrings called Moon of Enigma. These .925 Sterling Silver and Purple Reconstituted Turquoise Dangle Earrings are just beautiful and will go with so many things I own.

The earrings arrive in a decorative cloth bag. Each earring is in it's own plastic bag to prevent them from rubbing against each other in transit and getting scratched. They also arrive with a little book that describes the earrings and how they were made and tells you all about the specific artisan that made them. I have loved learning about the artisans who make the pieces at Novica.

The Moon of Enigma earrings are stunning. They hang from .925 sterling silver a little over 1 inch off the ear. I love the way they look and for the most part feel. I do wish that the earring came with some of those small clear backs to help hold them in place. Although the posts are long and for the most part do stay put, with my long hair it is easy for them to get caught and I have pulled earrings out that way. With backs, I would feel much better!

The color is amazing! The purple is not an in your face color, and it has veins of gold and black weaving through it. When the light hits the veins, they just gleam.

These earrings would make a fabulous and very thoughtful gift for any woman in your life. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and they are just beautiful!

A Precious Piece Of Jewelry

Wearing beautiful pieces of jewelry is something I am sure we all love to do. There is something about the way it makes us feel and it truly does complete an entire look. The way the metal shines, the stones gleam, makes you feel special.

NOVICA has a lovely line of jewelry and one piece I absolutely love is the .925 Sterling Silver and Garnet Cross Pendant Necklace called 'Celtic Cross'. This is such a lovely, simple and perfect piece of jewelry for so many looks. You can wear it when you dress up or when you are wearing jeans and a tee shirt.

The cross is 2 3/4" long and 1" wide. It is just the right size to stand out, yet not be overwhelming . It has a 16.25" sterling silver chain with a lobster-claw clasp. The cross is made of .925 sterling silver. As soon as you open the bag it comes in, you can see the beauty of the silver and the craftsmanship. It is polished beautifully and shines like crazy.

The garnet in the center is a lab created stone, and is one of my favorite. My Grandmother wore a lot of garnet jewelry and it makes me think of her. The stone is .40 carats and is set in a way that the back is open. When the light shines through the stone it is beautiful!

I was impressed with the quality of this piece of jewelry and can highly recommend NOVICA to you. I think the only thing I would want to change is to make the chain longer. For me to wear it comfortably I have to add a small extension. It's not a deal breaker, I just wish it was longer.
