The first time I tried it I was surprised at how much electronic pulse this little thing gave out. I thought that much was only available at the doctor's or chiropractor's office. There really is a lot of power to it and you can set it from level 1 to level 10. The highest levels were a bit too much for me, but my oldest son, who has chronic back pain from an injury, loved it!

The Easy@Home Deluxe TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator is super easy to use. You just attach the little electrode pads to the long cord and then attach that cord to the unit. The booklet that comes with it helps you figure out where and how to place the electrode pads to your body. Once you get going, it's really simple to use and reuse. You can have two or four of the electrodes attached to your body at a time, depending on where you place them and what kind of pain relief you need. You can also order more electrodes from Easy@Home after the sticky part wears out (which takes a long time) or if they get damaged.

The one thing I do not like about this unit is the screen. If you hold the unit up to look at it, you can't see anything on the screen. It just shows blue or blank. But if you hold it flat you can see things on the screen. It's not easy to see What you are doing that way and compared to another TENS unit we had, I liked how you could see the screen very easily on the other one a lot better. Maybe I have a defective unit, I'm not sure. But it does work well otherwise.

Turn the unit on and immediately you start to feel small electric sensations working the muscles. Tens therapy, which is what an electronic pulse massager is, is one of the most effective systems for managing chronic pain, especially muscle and joint pain. The Tens unit is great for electrotherapy that calms nerves and muscles in one go. Perfect for those who hit the gym regularly or face habitual muscle pains or chronic muscular conditions and arthritis.

The unit comes to you with everything you need to get started. It requires 4 AAA batteries, included, that hold up for a long time. We have been using ours quite regularly now for weeks and the batteries still have good life in them. A former unit we had exactly like this one lasted with the original batteries for several months.

It also comes with 2 sets of lead wires which the unit can use at the same time. It also comes with 4 reusable self stick gel electrode pads. I really like that you have the option of using 2 or 4 electrode pads. This is very handy for areas like your back. You can treat a larger area in one sitting.

The unit has multiple settings to help you find just the relief you need for the specific ache or pain you have. The instruction booklet that comes with it will help you learn what will work best for you. I have found though, that experimenting is the best way. After trying multiple settings I finally found what intensity and speed works best for me on different parts of my body.

Replacement Electrodes For Your Tens Unit From Santamedical

One of the unfortunate things I have to deal with on a daily basis is pain. I'm thankful it is not severe most day, but it's still not easy to deal with. Living with pain daily can take it's toll on you after a while.

Thankfully there are ways of dealing with it that really, really help and without having to take a pill. I am not a pill taker by any means! I use a TENS Unit. I love this thing and it really helps alleviate a lot of pain. The one problem is, that using it often, the gel pads slowly wear out and don't want to stick where you put them.

Recently I received some replacement electorde pads to try out and they came just when I needed new ones. Perfect timing I'd say! Santamedical sent me 20 White 2" X 2" Re-Usable Carbon Electrode Pads with Premium Gel and I am just thrilled with them!

The electrodes are really nice. In fact I like them more than the ones that came with the unit. They are super easy to use and are made to work with a number of units. As long as the electrode lead fits your unit (and it seems to be a standard lead) these would work with one you have.

The pads are a flexible solid-carbon electrode pad that help deliver a maximum charge and comfort. They have re-useable gel on them that does not feel icky or weird like some we have tried. The cloth backing is very comfortable and flexible, so you can place them pretty much anywhere knowing they will stay put. I like that they do not leave any kind of sticky residue when you take them off. They come off very easily too, by the way, with no pain.

What I like best, other than they work really, really well, is the price. If I were to reorder from the company I got the TENS unit from, it would cost me almost double! I'm very happy that these work and are sold at a great price in a good quantity. Each of the electrodes should last at least for 10 uses, although I have stretched that a bit myself. The package has 20 electrodes, which is 5 individually sealed packs of 4.

If you use a TENS unit, IF or Muscle Stimulator, these are something you should consider. They work and are sold at a fantastic price!
