Easy@Home Deluxe TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator Makes Pain More Bearable

Who do you know that does not have aches and pains occasionally or even someone who has them all the time? Anyone? I know, a silly question. So many people suffer from aches and pains. It's an unfortunate part of life.

But who likes to take pills and use pain rubs and other medications all the time? Not me! I even don't like using too many of the alternative medicines available today to help.

So how do you deal with aches and pains without medicine? There are ways and one of them is with the Easy@Home Deluxe TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator. I have to tell you, this is one amazing product.

Here are some details you should know about it:
~ Easy@Home Deluxe TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) Unit Muscle Stimulator is portable, compact, natural & drug-free, stylish, easy to use product, which delivers electric impulses to nerves, muscles and cells on different part of our body. Excellence Guarantee: They offer a 1 year hassle free replacement guarantee for customers.

The first time I tried it I was surprised at how much electronic pulse this little thing gave out. I thought that much was only available at the doctor's or chiropractor's office. There really is a lot of power to it and you can set it from level 1 to level 10. The highest levels were a bit too much for me, but my oldest son, who has chronic back pain from an injury, loved it!

Front of electrodes           Back of electrodes

The Easy@Home Deluxe TENS Unit Muscle Stimulator is super easy to use. You just attach the little electrode pads to the long cord and then attach that cord to the unit. The booklet that comes with it helps you figure out where and how to place the electrode pads to your body. Once you get going, it's really simple to use and reuse. You can have two or four of the electrodes attached to your body at a time, depending on where you place them and what kind of pain relief you need. You can also order more electrodes from Easy@Home after the sticky part wears out (which takes a long time) or if they get damaged.

The one thing I do not like about this unit is the screen. If you hold the unit up to look at it, you can't see anything on the screen. It just shows blue or blank. But if you hold it flat you can see things on the screen. It's not easy to see What you are doing that way and compared to another TENS unit we had, I liked how you could see the screen very easily on the other one a lot better. Maybe I have a defective unit, I'm not sure. But it does work well otherwise.

The Easy@Home Digital Thermometer Is Doctor Approved

One of the most important things you need to have in a first aid kit is a thermometer, especially if you have children. Kids can run fevers for the slightest things, and it's important to know when you need to call the doctor and when you can handle something at home without a doctor.

But which kind of thermometer do you use? There are so many kinds and how accurate are they really?

Both very good questions.

One kind I have learned to trust is the Easy@Home Digital Infrared Ear Thermometer. We got ours at just the right time. My husband and I both had severe bronchitis and were running fevers. I can't begin to tell you how much nicer using an ear thermometer is compared to an oral one when you are really sick, can't breathe well, and coughing every other minute.

The thermometer comes with 2 AAA batteries that you need to operate it. They are really easy to install. It also comes with a nice case that holds the thermometer upright and covered, all ready to go. They have also included 15 probe covers that are very easy to put on and take off the thermometer, and complete instructions.

Setting up the thermometer took only a minute or two. The directions in the booklet are easy to follow and you need to set the time and date. When you place it in the ear you push the test button and will hear a beep. When it beeps again it is done testing. It's really easy to read and even when the little green light goes off you can still see the display. While using the thermometer there is memory so you can recall what someone's temperature was the last time you took it. You can have it recall the last 10 temperatures taken, the date and the time. That's a good thing to have when you need to call the doctor for something.

But the ease of use is not the only thing that is so good about this thermometer. It is also very accurate. I checked it with my doctor's office (I've been there a lot over the last month) and they were impressed with it. They compared it to the ones they use there in the office and said for an at-home device this was really nice! I would say that is high praise indeed.

The only problem I saw with the thermometer is that the probe covers do not fit in the nice case for the thermometer. I wish they did so the two parts were together all the time. But I can deal with that knowing how accurate it is and how easy it is to use.

Easy@Home Blood Pressure Monitor, Easy To Use and Read

I was very happy when we got the chance to try out the Easy@Home Upper Arm Digital Blood Pressure Monitor. Both my husband and I have been trying very hard to work on getting our blood pressure consistently at a normal rate. Having a blood pressure monitor around really helps!

Rick said he wanted to review this product, so here is what he thought!

This is an upper-arm cuff blood pressure monitor with record keeping functions for two users. Installation of the batteries (4 AAs, included) and attachment of the cuff to the monitor are simple and easy. The instruction booklet explains the various features of the unit and is very easy to use.

Using the monitor is simple and easy as well. Results are displayed in large numerals, easily readable against a lit background in one of three colors, corresponding to the blood pressure status as determined by the American Heart Association. I thought the color corresponding to Stage 2 high blood pressure was a garish and ugly red – but maybe that's intentional. This device can also detect irregular heart beat.

The case that comes with the blood pressure monitor is a nice bonus. It zips and unzips easily and holds everything easily.

Lois here, You can see by the image how easy the readings are to see. Unfortunately today my blood pressure is  high, but then I expected that since I have had bronchitis and on all kinds of medicine (like steroids) for over 2 weeks.

This is a good blood pressure monitor to have available around the house and will come in very handy. I can recommend it to you!
