A Small Simple Tool For Your Dry Skin

Anyone have dry, cracked skin on your feet? Anyone?

Yep, I thought so! A lot of us do from time to time, and it's no fun! now that flip flop and sandal weather is approaching, it's time to think about getting our poor winter feet back into shape o be seen. But it's not fun!

There are all kinds of ways to help your feet out, but one thing I have been using now is a simple every day thing in the shower that makes it easy to keep ahead of dry cracked skin and keep it that way. The Panbua Natural Wood Loofah has been very handy to use.

The whole thing, loofah and handle combined is only a little over 11" long. It's small, but then it does not need to be big to do the job. The loofah part is about 4" long and about 2" wide. it's just the right size to get to your feet and maybe even your elbows easily without having to maneuver a larger brush.

The loofah is rough enough to help exfoliate the skin and to help soften your skin at the same time. Plus it does not hurt to use this like some things can. Some of those roller things and blade things can make a mess of you feet!

I like how I can add lotion to the loofah to help it do even more while it exfoliates and softens. Adding the lotion just helps it along to get the job done sooner.

This little loofah would make a nice gift or addition to a small spa basket you could make up for someone, even yourself, but I have to admit it is a little pricey for me, even though the quality is pretty good.

My Skin Feels Youthful And Refreshed With This Cream

I love trying out skin creams and moisturizers. It's good to experiment and find what works and what doesn't.

One cream I recently tried is Anaiti Advanced Moisturizer Cream. This is part of a whole skin care regime that Anaiti has, and so far I really like it!

The cream is made specifically for you face and works best around your eyes, but it works beautifully all over. I have been using it on my face, neck, decollete, and the backs of my hands. All of those places I have trouble with dryness and lines, and yes, a little sagging. The cream is light and silky. I love the way it feels going on. It is so smooth feeling, and silky on my skin.

I have noticed that it does no take a lot of the cream to work well. I lightly massage it into my skin and I can see, almost immediately a difference. My skin looks refreshed and moisturized. It looks smooth and soft and better yet, it feels soft! I love the way it absorbs into my skin easily and lasts. Some moisturizers I feel like I need to use several times a day instead of just in the morning and at night. With the Anaiti, I don't. By the time I have gone through my whole day, my skin still feels soft and smooth. I've also noticed that areas along my jaw line do not feel or look quite as saggy as they did before. That's a very good thing!

I really like this moisturizing cream and will be using it for a long time!

Trouble With Dry, Cracked Skin?

If you know anyone who has diabetes, you know one thing that is important to them is caring for their skin. It is so easy for diabetics to get infections which could cause some pretty serious complications for them, especially on their feet. Keeping their skin hydrated and healthy is vital!

Recently my husband had surgery on one of his feet. For weeks he had to keep his foot protected to keep infection out of the incision healing. So his foot was bandaged and wrapped for quite a while. It really made a mess of his foot and the skin became very dry and cracked. We did our best to keep it from becoming a problem, but it seemed to be a losing battle.

Then we tried Zim's Crack Creme. Let me tell you, this stuff did wonders for him. Within just two days his foot was looking much better, was less dry and flaky, and he said it itched less too (dry skin will do that to you).

The Crack Creme is not a cream really. It's a spray that you apply and then massage it into the skin. It feels a little oily at first, but it absorbs into the skin quickly and does not remain feeling oily as it absorbs in.

I love the fragrance, although there is no added fragrance in it. The smell comes from the Arnica that is in it. I love Arnica! It is a light and refreshing smell, and I know how good it is for you too. I've been using it for many years for aches and pains, muscles soreness, and best of all, my arthritis! You can learn more about it here!

This is a fantastic way to heal any cracked skin and to keep your skin smooth and healthy. I can heartily recommend it to you!! Here's what Zim's has to say about it.
Zim’s Crack Creme® Original Formula was founded over 60 years ago to help cement workers treat dry, cracked hands and feet. It is an herbal formula used to soften and moisturize dry, cracked skin on hands, feet, elbows, and cuticles using naturally based ingredients of arnica and aloe vera.
