A Small But Very Useful Arts And Crafts Organizer

As an avid crafter, having good storage solutions is important. If I have to spend half my crafting time looking for supplies it makes the whole process much less enjoyable!

This is a such a nice little box to use. There are several nice sized compartments in the removable tray that will hold small items making them easier to find. The bottom compartment is big enough for carrying larger items like scissors and a bottle of glue.

I think this little container would be great for carrying supplies to a friends house to work on projects together. It would also be great for stashing some small toys and activities in for the kids while you travel. It's small enough to not take up a lot of space and with the snap lock it will stay closed.

This little craft organizer would be great for school supplies too, especially for us home schoolers!

Have you ever wondered where would be a good place to hide some things in your home? Or maybe you want to give your kids their own little secret stash place. Wholeness Home has a fun way to do both of those things.

The Steel Book Diversion Safe is a simple way to deter someone from finding some small valuables right away. Now is it foolproof? I'll tell you right up front, no! Could it slow someone down from finding something, yes, especially if you place it just right.

It's a very simple concept; make a small safe look like a book. The neat thing is that this small safe is made from steel, so it's really sturdy and solid. I've seen other book safes before and this one does have a slightly better look to the disguise. If the book is stacked in with others it would be a little easier to make it inconspicuous than other book safes.

The front flap of the book opens to reveal the safe lock. It has a nice little handle to open it up after you unlock it with one of the two keys included. It does not hold a lot of things, but it is a nice enough size to hold some jewelry, coins, or other small valuables or for a child to lock away some precious items they own!

This is a fun little safe that although is not foolproof, it is still usable, a deterrent, and fun to have around. You never know, it may really deter someone from finding something very special!

When was the last time you ever thought about how nice it would be to have a cup or glass that was portable and didn't take up a lot of room? Maybe not that often, but I think most of us think about it from time to time. When packing for camping or picnics, cups take up a lot of space.

These are super nice glasses. I'll admit, they do take some getting used to. You don't want to hold them like you do other glasses since the silicone will give and you could end up with all your drink on yourself. But once you get the hang of using them, they aren't bad to use.

What I really like is how well they keep things cold. The silicone seems to keep the temperature down longer than a regular glass and hot drinks stay warm about the same amount of time as a standard glass (although I don't personally recommend a hot drink in them since it is easy to spill drinks until you know how to use them).

One thing I think is fun to do with them is to fill them a little bit with water, freeze them and then pour your drink in it. The drink (and often more than one) gets cold and stays cold longer!

These are a novel and fun way to serve drinks to your guests and are perfect for taking on trips, camping or to keep somewhere you need to save space and don't want to worry about something breaking or cracking.

A Fun Cake Decorating Kit For Adults And Kids!

I love, love, love kitchen gadgets that are fun to use and make cooking and baking more enjoyable. Ramini Brands sent me the niftiest Cake Decorating Kit I have ever owned.

I have had similar items in the past, but none that have been able to do this much with one product. Cake decorating tubes and cookie presses, and more, but they all were separate and did not work together.

The Cake Decorating Kit has everything you need to do so many things, from cookies, to cakes, even deviled eggs.

This is much nicer than a lot of the older versions (like my Mom's old small metal one) because of the size and ease of use. The tube is big enough to hold a little over one cup of frosting (or other things). It's very easy to fill and clean (dishwasher safe) when you are done. I have always hated digging into those icing bags to get the tips out. With this, you don't have to!

Deviled Eggs

The trigger plunger works for either a right handed or left handed person and is simple enough to use kids can operate it. I didn't use it with any of my adopted grands, but I will be! This is something we can have a lot of fun with and I can let them create knowing it won't be a huge mess.

Two Happy Dogs and One Purring Kitty Later.....

Taking care of your pets coat is not always easy, especially if your pet has long hair. All of our pets do, from both dogs to the cat. So grooming is something I get to do a lot. I'm always looking for ways to make it easier and more enjoyable for them.

Ramini Brands has a nifty Handheld Massaging Mitt that helps make grooming beneficial for your pets and you.

The mitt has these neat soft rubber tips on one side and the whole thing fits over your hand like a big fingerless glove. As you rub you hand over your pet's coat it massages their skin and helps remove loose hair. I was thrilled with how well it works. It doesn't remove tons of hair, but it helps keep their coat looking smooth and neat.

Our dogs love it and the cat will purr like crazy when we rub her back and tummy. I have found that their coats stay looking nicer, longer after a bath using the mitt.

I do have one small complaint. The wrist strap with velcro on the mitt has kind of rough edges and it does irritate my wrist if I wear it very long. With three pets all clamouring to get attention when I am using it, it can be a small problem.

Bender, our Newfie, would be glad to endorse this to anyone with a pet! He loves it! Problem is he gets so excited he doesn't sit or lay very still while we use it! LOL!!

A Great Must Have For Any Kitchen

I love trying out new kitchen gadgets! The newest and much needed addition to my kitchen is an 8 inch Mesh Strainer by Handy Helpers from Ramini Brands.

The strainer features a long metal handle and 2 small support handles. The 2 support handles are actually there so the strainer can be positioned over your bowl or pan without tipping over. It is very stable and easier to use that way.

It has about a 3 inch depth to the bowl, perfect for lots of straining. The strainer’s fine mesh screen helps keep out unwanted seeds, pulp, and skins. It makes everyday kitchen jobs a breeze. It’s also great for tea, gravy, and sauces. I have even used mine to rinse off raspberries and strawberries, and to sprinkle powdered sugar over some sweet treats; the uses for this little strainer are endless.

A downfall, in my opinion, is the wire handle, it’s not my personal favorite kind of handle, although most strainers do have this kind of handle. A coated handle would be much nicer to hold on to.

I would also recommend hand washing the strainer instead of using the dishwasher, only because the mesh is very fine and things can hide in there. Overall, it’s a great hands-free help to my kitchen must haves.
