As I age work and exercise become a little harder each year. Through out my life I have tried to maintain a vigorous exercise ritual of cycling and running. Thyroid Rite Has Been Helping Me Get Back On Track

For several years now I have been struggling with a thyroid condition and believe me, it is not fun. First it is very hard to diagnose and second, it is very hard to treat. What might work for one person, may not work for me and vice versa.

I have been trying natural supplements to help me deal with the symptoms and to help me get to feeling more like me, but finding the right one has been tough.

I have been using this as directed (one pill in the AM and one in the early PM). I like only having to take two pills a day. So many herbal/natural supplements you have to take handfuls at a time. I won't say there has been huge improvements, but I will say that I feel better. I have more energy, I am sleeping better and my hands and feet are not as cold as they get most of the time. They are still cold, but not as cold!

It took me about 2 weeks to really start seeing a difference. The one thing I have noticed more than the energy is my concentration. I often have had trouble keeping focused on what I was doing  and paired with the lack of energy, it could get bad. It's not often that I would tell you to take so many supplements together like I am going to today! But I have been able to try out three different supplements from Island Vibrance and I have been very happy to do so!

The three supplements I have been taking are Raspberry Ketone, Garcinia Cambogia, and Resveratrol. Before I tell you how they have worked in my life, here's some  info about each one you should know!

I can not say that this would work for everyone, and to be honest having to take this many gel caps twice a day (2 Garcinia Cambogia, 2 Resveratrol, and 1 Raspberry Ketone 30 minutes before breakfast and supper), it's just not a lot of fun. I've never been good at taking pills of any kind. but I feel better. On the days I forgot to take them, I sure knew it!

I also am not a doctor and would never tell you to do the same thing I am! If you have any kind of medical condition, check with your doctor before you start taking anything. It could be a very serious thing!!

For me, this has been a wonderful thing and I plan on continuing this regime. It's helping and I feel worlds better!
