Baking Fun With Lisa and Sunsella Silicone Baking Cups

Hi, it’s Lisa again to tell you about Sunsella Silicone Baking Cups.

These molds are made of 100% food safe silicone, BPA, lead & phthalate free. They have a temperature range of -40 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit. They are also dishwasher, oven, microwave & freezer safe.

These great regular sized cups come in a set of 12 bright, brilliant, and fun colors. I decided to try them out by making some cup cakes. They cooked the cupcakes evenly, but I had a little trouble getting them loose from the cups, and some of the cake stuck to the sides and bottom.

I think they would work better with muffins, rather than cupcakes because once the cupcakes are frosted it is nearly impossible to get the cupcake out without having a handful of frosting! It is also difficult to bend or peal the cupcake out of the silicone cups because they are much stiffer than paper cups. You also risk getting them thrown away!

I think these cup molds can be used for a variety of other uses and work great, such as corn muffins, mini quiche , brownies, ice cubes, ice cream cupcakes etc. And they sell for a really good price!
