We have had some good results with the Xylitol. I can tell you it tastes really good. It's not as sweet as sugar is, but it does satisfy your sweet tooth. There really is no after taste when using it, unlike other sugar substitutes. So far everything we have tried it on or in has tasted great and my husband is very happy to be able to enjoy something he has not been able to for some time.

I'm experimenting with baking with it. The granules are larger than traditional sugar, but they do break down easily in a recipe. I've only tried it in a few things, but so far I have only had to adjust the recipe just a smidge, not anymore than I would with any new product.

The really big thing for me is the well-being of my husband! He likes Xylitol and wants to keep using it. I like it. So far no one has noticed the difference in foods made with it. So this is a HUGE thing for me and my family!
