Priority Chef Dual Julienne and Vegetable Peeler Is A Must-Have For Every Kitchen

I love having good kitchen gadgets. Good gadgets make work in the kitchen easier, faster and more consistent. Bad tools can increase the odds of having a bad time and a bad mood. No one wants an unhappy cook!

Priority Chef has a great Dual Julienne and Vegetable Peeler that is a very good gadget to have in the kitchen. Here's a little about it from Priority Chef:
The Priority Chef dual julienne and vegetable peeler has ultra sharp blades and can peel vegetables quicker than ever. One side of the kitchen tool has a vegetable peeler that can peel in both directions. The other side has a julienne tool that create julienned vegetables in seconds. The tool is made of stainless steel and is dishwasher safe, although we do recommend washing by hand. Included with every purchase is an eBook giving instructions and also a list of recipes to get started.

The Peeler is a sturdy tool with a great handle to grip. It fits in your hand easily and comfortably. That's important, especially when you have to peel quite a few things for a meal.

Both blades, the peeler and julienne, are super sharp and cut easily and quickly through both soft foods (zucchini) and harder (potatoes).  It was easy to peel everything and then just flip the peeler over and julienne. I found holding some vegetables on a cutting board with a fork easier to julienne than just holding them. That way you can peel longer strips without having to maneuver your hand out of the way.

The julienne peeler was a lot of fun to experiment with. We love it now to make fun fried potato nests with. They are easy to make. You julienne your potato for each person letting all the "strings" lay in a pile on the counter. Heat a small bit of oil in a pan and carefully lay the pile of potato in the oil. Using a spatula flatten the potatoes making sort of a pancake with the whole amount. Cook to golden brown on both sides (flipping carefully) and then drain on paper towel. It's great to place under a special cut of meat or even just a burger.

The peeler worked great on fruit too. Peeling an apple takes no time now with the size of the blade and with how wonderfully sharp it is. it was fun to julienne too, making a yummy apple salad.

The ebook that comes with it is really nice and does give you clear instructions on how to use the peeler in the best way and inspirations for foods to prepare with it.

I think this Priority Chef Dual Peeler will be a tool I have for a long time. It is solidly built and works like it will hold up from repeated use. And it comes with a money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied, so you can buy with confidence.

You can buy your own Priority Chef Dual Peeler HERE!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
