If you have been reading my blog at all, you should know how much I love coffee. To me, it's the perfect beverage! I was thrilled to be able to test Fairwinds Coffee from the Rogers Family Company! 

The blends of coffee I received were French Roast, Colombian Supreme, Fog Chaser, and Mocha Java.

French Roast ~ This has always been one of my favorite blends to keep around the house all the time. This was no exception. It was a rich and flavorful coffee with a smooth bold taste, something I can look forward to any time of the day. It made a wonderful espresso when I ground if finely and it brewed in a larger pot very well.

Colombian Supreme ~  This was a wonderful medium regional blend of coffee. it has a flavor that will fit the bill for anyone who loves coffee, whether they love a bold coffee or not so bold. I love to keep this in the house for company because it will satisfy anyone with the rich aroma and flavor, yet not be overpowering for those who like a less bold flavor.

Fog Chaser ~ By far this was my favorite. I love a coffee that gets my attention and keeps it. From opening the bag and breathing in the rich, bold blend of beans to the actual brewing, it was a wonderful experience! There was a slight earthiness to the coffee that grab my taste buds and just woke me up. I really enjoyed this coffee very much!

Mocha Java ~ I was little unsure about this coffee before I tried it. It's never been one of my favorite blends, but I was pleasantly surprised! It has a bold nutty flavor and that gets your taste buds going.  So many Mocha's I have tried have been bland and boring. This is far from that. You can taste the wonderful spice undertones in it as you sip your coffee and that is truly enjoyable! It made a wonderful espresso as well.

I tired the coffees making espresso, drip brewing, and in my Keurig and loved them all in all of my machines! it's good to know that a coffee will perform well no matter how you brew it! We even tried a few covered in chocolate. let;s just say there aren't any left!

But Fairwinds is not all the coffees the Rogers Family Company carries. I really enjoyed looking through their site to see all the products they have, including the teas. it is a site I will be going back to often!
