I think all of us appreciate getting things clean in our houses. But some products, although they clean well are just a pain to use. They spray or drip everywhere and you end up having to wipe some areas over and over just because of the extra drips.

The best part is it works. When we first moved into our new home I struggled to get some old, set-in mold and mildew stains out around our tubs. Everything I tried took some of them out, but not all of it. There was this icky dark stain all around the edge of the tub, and it was not pleasant to look at.

Using the Soft Scrub® Mold & Mildew Stain Remover did not remove every single bit of it, but it got out more than any other product I tried. And each time I clean with it a little more comes out. Yay!! The tubs are looking a lot nicer and I don't have to feel embarrassed by how they look.

Another really good thing is you don't need a lot to do the job. Some products it seems like you have to use a lot to get any real results.With the Soft Scrub® Mold &a Mildew Stain Remover a little goes a long way! It will help save money and that's a really good thing!

New Soft Scrub Advanced Surface Giveaway!!!

If you have not noticed from a few things I have posted on here, we recently moved. Moving is no fun at all!! And one of the things I dislike about moving is all the cleaning involved. Let's face it, no matter how well someone cleans a home to show it for sale you still want to clean it really well before you move in. Nothing is worse than moving into a dirty house! Yuck!!

I was thrilled when Soft Scrub through Purex Insiders sent me a bottle of New Soft Scrub Advanced Surface to test out. It could not have come at a better time! Getting a product I knew a little about was nice, but getting one to use that works on all kinds of surfaces was even better.

We started on one end of the house and worked our way through cleaning everything as we went. Everywhere I used the Soft Scrub things came clean easily! I knew it wasn't going to hurt the surfaces at all. It's made specifically for all surfaces, but is especially good for granite, marble, stainless steel and glass cooktops. Soft scrub is a product that my family has trusted for many years. My Mom was using it years ago on special things she wanted to be especially careful in cleaning.

One thing that is really nice is that it is a rinse-free gel. It takes little to do the job and wipes up clean and gone! No residue, no scum and nothing else left behind. Can't say that about other products that are similar. Even though we do not have a glass cooktop I used it on our stove in our new place. I was thrilled with how well it cleaned up the hardened spots on the enamel. The stove looked brand new by the time I was done! it was even better on the grease that had accumulated on the cupboard doors above the stove. It all came off like a breeze.

Giveaway ~ Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Cleaner Is Awesome!

I may have mentioned this here and there in a few posts recently, but we are in the middle of moving. We have our new place and are almost ready to go. There is so much involved in moving, not just the packing and changing address, phone number and all, but lots and lots of cleaning! Not only do I want our new home to be clean before we move in, I want to make sure our old home is clean before we leave it! I will not leave a dirty house for the next occupants.

So finding and using good cleaning products that will get the job done fast and efficiently is so important right now. Let's face it I have found dirt and dust in places in our home I had no idea would be there. Eegads!! It has been surprising. But also not knowing all the surfaces in my new home I need to be careful not to damage them. The product I just received to try will help with that a lot!

Soft Scrub has a great Total All Purpose cleaner now. Years ago I used to use Soft Scrub a lot, but over time I found other things and switched. Well I may be just switching back! I love the Total All Purpose cleaner. It has a light lemon scent, but is not a sickly fake smell like some cleaners have. You know the kind, they are trying to mask the chemical smell. Ick!!

The thing I love is that a little goes a long way and it does the job quickly. The cleaner is thick and does not run right off the surface you are cleaning. It stays put a bit so it has time to work on the grime and dirt. And it cleans up easily. I hate cleaners that leave a residue or take tons of wiping and rinsing to get completely off once you are done cleaning.

It's also really gentle on surfaces too. I remember years ago it being recommended to my Mom when she moved into her home because of his feature. The builder said it was the best thing to protect and keep the surfaces in her home looking like new for a long time. He was right!
