Improving My Health Fragrantly

Wintertime plays havoc on my sinuses and those of my family too. It's rough and I am always trying to make sure there is enough moisture in the air. I also love having calming, relaxing, and enlightening fragrances in my home. Oh and a way to keep from getting zapped every time I touch the refrigerator! LOL! So I have found a wonderful way to help with them all.

Ozazzy has an 'AIR' Cool Mist Aroma Humidifier & Essential Oil Diffuser that makes it easy to get more moisture into our home and to be able to disperse essential oils into our home to help our health and well being.

The humidifier is a good sized one. It can hold up to (but do not exceed) 8 cups of distilled water. I have had several in the past, but none have held this much water before. The water tank is very easy to fill and the nice thing is that it will sit flat when it is upside down. That makes it so simple to fill without performing a balancing act holding it and pouring the water in. All the directions are written out step by step in a simple way to make it easy enough for anyone to fill it and operate the humidifier. I really appreciate that. There is not guess work.

There are two switches on the humidifier. One turns on the the fog for the cool mist and regulates the amount you want to have it make, and the other switch works the light in the humidifier.

The light is a lot of fun. It slowly comes on and the rotates between 7 LED light colors slowly, blending one into the next. It's very pretty and calming too. The colors are yellow, pink, green, red, dark blue, purple, and light blue, but you can operate the humidifier without the light if you want. I have found during the day I leave the light off, but enjoy it at night time.

I like using the humidifier with essential oils. To add the oils, just fill a glass measuring pitcher with the water you plan on adding and then put 3 drops (maximum) of essential oil in the water. Do not use a plastic pitcher or add the oil directly to the humidifier. The oils will ruin your plastic pitcher and could be too much for you humidifier if you add it directly to it. In fact you would be stuck using that fragrance all the time. Oil and plastic are not exactly good friends. To be able to switch, you need to mix it in with water in a glass pitcher first so the oil gets blended as much as possible before adding.

We have been enjoying the humidifier a lot. We have had one in our bedroom for a long time, but hated having to move it around the house to where we are. Now with this one (which by the way is about 12" tall), we don't have to move our other one around. This sits in our living room and the whole family is enjoying it. I've even caught our dogs sitting near it for extended time too. I think they are enjoying it too.

This is a wonderful humidifier that will disperse a cool mist in your home with little to no noise, and can also spread the fragrance and health benefits of essential oils in your home too. We are enjoying it and know it would help pretty much everyone!
