    After years of always being the last to own new technoloy, I have tried since 1999 to win sweepstakes / contests. Many are amazed when they realize I come from a single parent family for which my mother never received the child support that was court ordered from our (my siblings and I) father. When I win something the majority is given to others that have been in my shoes, or the items are put to a great purpose for myself and / or others to enjoy!
