What I really liked about the scale was the size. The whole thing is a little larger than other kitchen scales I have tried. I feel more comfortable putting larger bowl and containers on it knowing they will be stable. I also really like the size of the digital display. I can see it easily and so can my husband. He has really bad vision and a large display like this has been helpful.
The low profile has been great too. Since it is so thin I can easily set it up on edge or in a drawer and it takes up little counter space or drawer space. We have severely limited amount of space in our small kitchen, that's a big thing! Plus it is super easy to clean off. Just a swipe with a damp cloth and it comes clean.
Another small benefit is it takes only one battery. Lots of other kitchen scales take two or more. Those Lithium Long Lasting Batteries are not cheap and having to replace only one when you need to helps out financially!
