This distinctively attractive and super strong set of cutting boards are easy to use and easy to maintain. Each board is 10mm thick, and the set contains a 6 by 8 inch, an 8 ½ by 11 inch, and a 9 ½ by 13 inch board.

These boards are made without glue and from flat bamboo, there are no joints, and no bleaching. I found them to be great cutting boards. They are very durable and can be used to cut, dice, or slice vegetables, fruits, trim fat from meats, slice cheese, and so on.
