A Headlamp For Anyone, Not Just The Biker, Hiker, Or Caver!

One thing I don't like at all is not being able to see well. I do a lot of crafts and decorating around my house, even little fixer-uppers by myself. it can be very frustrating to not be able to see well. The job takes longer to do and my tension rises in comparison to the lack of light. ***sigh***

That's why I just love the Intellinotion Power Headlamp 150! Seriously, this thing is so nice for so many things.

Here's a little from the company about it:

  • No stumbling in the dark - SUPER BRIGHT at 150 lumens! - Twice as BRIGHT as other models!
  • Don't miss any details - ZOOM in close with the brightest amount of light
  • Gives plenty of lit space with a beam distance of up to 200 metres - 2X as FAR as others!
  • Weighing just a FEW OUNCES, the Power Headlamp is so light you might forget you are wearing it!
  • TILT the headlamp to various angles - so it adjusts to YOU, not vice versa
When I first got the headlamp I thought it looked really nice, but was pretty sure it was not going to be that much different than the one we already had. I mean, it's just a headlamp!

Wow, was I wrong! First, it has an extra strap that goes across the top of your head so it helps the headlamp stay put and not slide around. Plus the straps are all adjustable to fit your head comfortably. It really is lightweight too. It does not feel like you are really wearing much of anything when it is on. I've tried other headlamps and they get heavy on your head and start to bother your neck. This one is quite comfortable.

Second, the headlamp tilts, and tilts a lot. It's hard sometimes to really see what you are doing when the lamp is pointing one way and your head needs to go another, especially looking down. The light on other headlamps does not illuminate things that are down as well as one that tilts. So if you need to see things on the floor, tilt the headlamp as far as you need. No straining your neck or head to get the light just where you want it.

Third, the light is adjustable. It's bright, dim or flashes. With just a few clicks you can get a light that is super bright to really illuminate things (which is awesome trying to find things in the back of a cupboard or under a dark bed) or dimmer so you don't blind the people you are with at night. But you can also adjust the light to be a pinpoint light or a wider beam. it really helps direct the light where you need it the most.

Although this headlamp was designed for people who ride bike, hike or explore caves, it's just as good for the average homemaker who needs a little extra light to find and work on things around her house or to walk her dog at night. I really like it a lot and highly recommend it to you!
