Our family loves cereal. I almost hate to admit that many times we would rather snack on dry cereal than chips and cookies. We love it. So finding a new and tasty cereal every now and then is always a good thing.
Well I have found one. I received a box of Honey Bunches of Oats Tropical Blends Crispy Mango flakes and Crunchy Coconut granola clusters from Purex Insiders. I am not a big mango fan, but I am a big fan of this cereal! The flakes stay crunchy a long time in milk and the granola clusters are sweet but not too sweet. It's a nice and refreshing new cereal. And the good thing is that it tastes good dry too. It makes a yummy snack! The flavor is light and refreshing to me and I think it makes a great cereal!
Now I can not say the same thing for my family. My oldest son sometimes will eat cereal for all three meals. He loves the stuff. I told him we had a new one I wanted him to try out. He did and then proceeded to tell me I could enjoy the whole box (what was left) all by myself. ***sigh***. There is no accounting for taste. LOL!! He said it was okay, but just seemed a little odd flavored for him. My husband agreed with him. Maybe it's a guy thing. LOL!!
