For movie monday night, I come home from work and cook up some oven ready food such as chicken nuggets and fries. This enables me to get the kids all cleaned up and in their pjs so we can snuggle down to some quick and easy food and a fun movie. I like to mix it up sometimes and serve Gorton's fish sticks or battered fish fillets and my daughter's favorites crunchy golden popcorn shrimp. Their recipes look so yummy.
