Lovely French Roast Coffee For You and For Me ~ A Giveaway!

Whoo Hoo!! I have been enjoying some lovely coffee over the past couple of weeks. It is from Brooklyn Bean Roastery. This is one happy girl.

If you have been reading here for a while, and I know you have been, you know my love of coffee. Seriously, it's the perfect drink, and nothing is more perfect than a lovely Dark Roast coffee like the French Roast from Brooklyn Bean Roastery. This is a 100% Arabica coffee that says "Hello" every time you drink it!

I love a bold coffee that helps get me going no matter what time of day it is. In the morning it kicks my poor sluggish morning brain into gear. In the afternoon it perks me back up so I can keep going the rest of the day. And yes, even in the evening sometimes I still need a good boost of get-up-and-go to finish the day out. This coffee is perfect for that.

Unlike some coffees, this one from Brooklyn Bean is not bitter at all. I've had my unfair share of bitter and acidic coffee and it can play havoc on your digestive system. No fun to talk about, but it's the truth! And who wants that to happen? Not seeing any hands raised, so I am guessing the answer is no one!

Brooklyn Bean takes their roasting of coffee very seriously. Just read what they say in their own words:
Our simple rule for good coffee making is that what you put into it is exactly what you’ll get out of it and our goal is to consistently get the best-tasting cup of coffee around from our process. To reach that goal we have 5 separate quality control checks that are done with each batch of beans. Everyone knows that good coffee starts with good beans so the physical characteristics of the roasts are analyzed to look for consistency in the beans for a uniform flavor. After roasting, special attention is given to the grind. The grinding process is extremely important to the end taste of the coffee- too coarse and it won’t brew properly, too thin and you can get a bitter, acidic taste. Supervisors monitor the grinding process and inspect the ground before it can be ready for packaging.
This French Roast meets all the criteria of an excellent coffee and from K-cup to K-cup, it is the same. I know each time I push one in to my Keurig I will have consistently good flavor and quality. From the first cup to the one I am drinking as I write this post, with cream or without, with flavoring or without, this is great coffee! I appreciate quality and I am pretty sure you will too!

Quality, attention to detail and consistency, you can't ask for more from a company, and that's what Brooklyn Bean Roastery gives you in their Dark Roast French Roast K-Cups!

  1. I like my coffee hot, strong, with cream & Lakanto sugar (it's a sugar replacement that doesn't raise blood sugar in diabetics).
